Covid 19 coronavirus: US President Donald Trump accuses FDA of deliberately delaying vaccine US President Donald Trump. Photo / Getty Images Donald Trump has taken to Twitter to accuse America’s Food and Drug Administration (FDA) of deliberately delaying Covid-19 vaccine trials until after November’s Presidential election. The US President wrote the “deep state, or whoever” at the FDA is “making it very difficult for drug companies to get people in order to test the vaccines and therapeutics”. “Obviously, they are hoping to delay the answer until after November 3rd. Must focus on speed, and saving lives!” House of Representatives Speaker Nancy Pelosi called Trump’s statement “very dangerous”. “Even for him it went beyond the pale in terms of how he would jeopardise the health and wellbeing of the American people and accuse FDA [of] politics when he is the one who has tried to inject himself [into] the scientific decisions.” Post Views: 632 info@wepix.site2020-08-23T03:24:26+00:00August 23rd, 2020|News|0 Comments Share This Story, Choose Your Platform! facebooktwitterlinkedinredditwhatsapptumblrpinterestvkEmail Related Posts PH successfully caps joint sail with NZ, Japan, US, Australia PH successfully caps joint sail with NZ, Japan, US, Australia New Zealand has few jobs, Filipino nurses told New Zealand has few jobs, Filipino nurses told 3K foreign POGO workers leave PH after downgrading visas 3K foreign POGO workers leave PH after downgrading visas ‘Julian’ now severe tropical storm ‘Julian’ now severe tropical storm Leave A Comment Cancel replyComment Save my name, email, and website in this browser for the next time I comment.
