Metro Manila, Philippines — Vice President Sara Duterte on Saturday announced that six regional offices of the Office of the Vice President were opened to expand her reach nationwide.
“Sa aking unang buong araw bilang bise presidente, nagbukas po tayo ng mga satellite office sa iba’t ibang bahagi ng bansa upang matulungan ang ating mga kababayan na magkaroon ng madali at agarang access sa mga serbisyong mula sa Office of the Vice President,” Duterte said in a Facebook post.

The OVP satellite offices are in Dagupan in Ilocos Region, Cebu in Central Visayas, Tacloban in Eastern Visayas, Zamboanga in Zamboanga Peninsula, Davao in Northern Mindanao, and Tandag in Caraga.
Duterte is temporarily holding her office at the Quezon City Reception House, which was used by former Vice President Leni Robredo.
Duterte earlier said she is seeking a permanent location for the OVP as previous vice presidents have held their office in different locations.
