Metro Manila, Philippines — Another increase in pump prices is expected next week, according to a forecast by Unioil Petroleum Philippines Inc. on Saturday.

Unioil said gasoline may cost 90 centavos to ₱1.10 per liter more, while diesel may go up by 70 to 90 centavos per liter.

The price adjustments are expected from Jan. 23 to 29, it addedThe Department of Energy’s Jan. 16 data showed that the price movements have resulted in a year-to-date increase of 30 centavos per liter for gasoline, 60 centavos per liter for diesel, and a decrease of 40 centavos per liter for kerosene.
