Services were suspended following the February Covid-19 outbreak in Auckland.

However, an update from the Australian Government has given the go-ahead for flights to resume.

Air New Zealand operated three Auckland-Sydney services and two Auckland-Melbourne services today to enable customers impacted by the travel suspension to get to where they need to go.

Quarantine-free flights to Brisbane remain suspended until the 20 March at the request of the Queensland authorities.
