MANILA, Philippines — The Bacoor Strikers have entered the fast-growing world of pickleball, forming a team to carry the city’s name in the competitive scene.
Enlisted as Team A players are Ricarte Santos, Vince EJ Tugade, Christy Sanosa, and Princess Lorben Marie Catindig. In Team B are Laurenz Quitara, Kent Octavo, Elise Marie Geluz, Leykie Lei Sanosa and Claro Castillo.
Mayor Strike Revilla, the team owner, signed the players to contracts in a ceremony at the Revilla Hall, Bacoor Government Center, in the presence of Vice Mayor Rowena Bautista Mendiola and Councilor Karen Evaristo.
As team owner, Revilla reaffirmed his full support and commitment to the Bacoor Strikers, emphasizing the importance of creating opportunities for athletes to compete and represent Bacoor with pride.
