Xiamen Airlines will launch two new direct routes to Manila and increase frequencies on existing services, expanding its China–Philippines capacity to 44 weekly round-trip flights, according to a post by the Chinese Embassy.

Starting May 20, 2026, Xiamen Airlines will operate a new Hangzhou–Manila service (MF8657/MF8658) four times weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.

Flights depart Hangzhou at 16:35 and arrive Manila at 19:45, with the return departing Manila at 21:00 and arriving Hangzhou at 23:55.

A new Chongqing–Manila route (MF8647/MF8648) will begin service with an inaugural flight on May 21 and operate three times weekly on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

Departures from Chongqing are scheduled at 16:15, arriving Manila at 19:45; the return leaves Manila at 21:00 and arrives Chongqing at 00:30 the following day.

Xiamen Airlines is also adding frequencies on two existing China–Manila links.

The Xiamen–Manila sector will gain a new daily afternoon service (MF8659/MF8660), joining the current morning (MF827/828) and evening (MF819/MF820) flights to create three daily round trips.

Quanzhou–Manila will add a daily morning flight (MF8739/MF8740) to its existing afternoon service (MF817/818), bringing that route to two daily round trips.
